The open competitions listed in this category:
- Are open to everyone, not just NAWG members.
- Usually involve an entry fee.
- Are organised by the NAWG committee or their delegated officers.
Annual Open Competitions (organised by NAWG) ↑
The annual NAWG open competitions run from 1st April until 31st August.
Categories are usually: poetry, short story, and sometimes novella, though this is not set in stone.
