Welcome to the NAWGFest 2017 page. Here you'll find information about this open festival of writing.
What is the Festival? ↑
On the weekend after the August Bank Holiday, like-minded writers with a broad spectrum of abilities, get together for an exceptional weekend, focussed on improving their writing.
The festival provides:
- Opportunities to network with writers, agents & publishers.
- Workshops run by professional tutors, to improve your writing.
- All meals, including our annual Gala Dinner – a highly entertaining evening.
- Awards ceremony for competition prize winners.

- Sunday 3rd September 2017.

Festival Venue ↑
Following the success of previous years, the 2017 festival was once again be held at the University of Warwick.

Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony ↑
One of the highlights of the festival, was the Gala Dinner on Saturday evening. This was followed by an entertaining after-dinner talk and the Awards Ceremony, where the winners of the 2017 NAWG members' competitions were announced.
