Actions: commencing from NAWG Committee 30th October 2025
Sub-committee formation
Main aims: discuss local, regional and national festivals online and face to face.
Secondary aim: discuss online workshops during 2026.
Members: Chris Huck, Gary Carr, Henry Curry, Louise Courtney.
Setup: October & November 2025. To report back to main committee at each subsequent board meeting.
Members to supply their updated contact details to Secretary
Main aim: a list of contact details to be held by the Secretary, Treasurer and Chair in regard to emergency situations.
Secondary aim: ensure smooth running of NAWG in regard to the indisposition of the said Secretary, Treasurer and Chair.
Ultimate aim: all board members to have sight of the said contact details.
Research in regard to GDPR membership for NAWG
Main aim: to safeguard data of membership and comply with legislation.
Secondary aim: the acquisition of the names of members in groups to ensure more accurate correspondence with same.
Secretary to research this. Vanessa Lester to provide legal advice.
Reconstruction of NAWG website, shop and membership submission pages on website
Main aim: to ensure the IT structures of NAWG work better for all of membership, committee members, writers and groups.
Secondary aim: ensure membership is maintained.
