Mailchimp services are used to distribute various material to our members. These Mailchimp account are linked to particular individuals, which has the following consequences:

• If the person is unavailable then delays occur.
• If the person leaves the committee then disruption to services occur.
• Responses from Mailchimp will go to an individual and might not be propagated.

The distributions services should be linked with official NAWG email addresses, in order to solve these problems – at least that's one possible solution.
