| Description: |
The spreadsheet workbook we use for membership data is password protected. However the password has not been changed in years. This poses security and data breach risks, as there are people who know this password who've long since left the association. There may be others who also know the password second-hand. There's also a greater risk of the password having been cracked, due to the length of time it's been in use. |
| Resolution: | The password should be changed as soon as is practical. We should also put a password change policy in place. |
